What is your refund policy?

If we are informed of a cancellation 14 days prior to the start of  camp we will refund the registration fee minus a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after camp begins if campers elect to leave.

Can parents watch?

Absolutely, but seating is very limited.  Tuesday morning’s tournament that starts at 10:30am  is a great session to watch but all sessions are open.

Do I have to register with a credit card?

Online registration requires a credit/debit card but does not have any additional fees associated with it this year.  You may also print off  registration materials and pay by check, cash, or money order.  Mailed in registrations require a $200 deposit, on-line registration must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Can I choose my roommates?

You and your roommate must both put each other’s names on the registration forms.  Most room are double occupancy. We cannot guarantee triple rooms, but we may have a few on a first come first serve basis.  If you let us know you’d like to be close to other friends at camp we can do our best to accommodate that. You are more than welcome to request a single room if you prefer.

Do I have to have a roommate to come to camp?

Absolutely not.  We have many girls that come to camp each year without knowing other campers.  One of the best reason to come to camp is to meet new friends who also love volleyball.  We will assign you a roommate close to your age, you may also request a single room.

What is the supervision/Safety of the dormitories?

The dormitories are on a card swipe access system so only volleyball campers, staff, and residence life staff will have access to the dormitories.  Wooster campus is extremely safe and has 24 hour security officers on-duty.  Dormitories are staffed overnight by female camp coaches staying on the same floor as campers.

Can players younger than 10th grade attend advanced camp?

It is geared toward older varsity level players, but with a letter of recommendation from your high school coach we can consider you for camp.  Contact Coach Davis if you have questions about this.

How are players grouped?

Players will have a chance to work with 3 different groups to have a variety of coaches and teammates.  Each player will be grouped into one of  two divisions by age and  skill level using their Sunday evening testing results.  Within the division each player is placed on in a drill/practice group, a 4v4 team, & a 6v6 team.

If I play JO/Club volleyball is this camp for me?

Yes, many of our players come from year round backgrounds.

If I am just starting in volleyball is this camp for me?

Yes! We have campers every year that are brand new to the game, we love that because there are no bad habits to change!
