Resident Campers: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner as well as overnight accommodations are included. Campers will stay in College of Wooster residence halls, female camp staff stay in the dorms and supervise campers in evening activities and overnight. All dorms operate on a keyed entry system and are monitored by summer camps staff & campus security.
Campers may indicate one roommate, please make sure your roommate also puts you on the registration. We cannot guarantee triple rooms due to fire codes, but will try to accommodate requests of campers that want to room near each other. Just note that on your registration form.
Commuter campers: Commuters may choose to register with noon and evening meals or without meals. Campers without meals may pack a lunch to eat in the student center or be picked up from the gym after our sessions. Though our staff will be around campus during breaks, no direct supervision will be guaranteed for commuter campers without meals.
A full time athletic trainer is on duty throughout each session, and overnight. In addition, the medical facilities of the Wooster Community Hospital are within one mile of the college campus in case of any emergency. All campers are required to have medical insurance.
Print and bring the medical form and camper release form to check-in. It does not need a doctor’s signature.
